Return Policy

At MANOLO THEODORO, every piece is crafted with careful attention to quality, detail, and luxury presentation.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Item arrives damaged or defective
• Incorrect item received
• Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Item remains unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Worn or washed garments
• Limited edition capsule releases
• Personalized or custom embroidered items
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Refund Process

Once approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
